Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what data Trade DNA ("we", "us") collects and why, when you use Trade DNA (the "Service").
1. Data you provide
- Account: your email and name (via Google Sign-In).
- Trading data: trades, positions and account identifiers you connect via Interactive Brokers Flex, manual entry, or supported broker imports.
- Settings: broker connection tokens (stored to fetch your own data on your behalf) and app preferences.
2. Payments — handled by Polar
If you subscribe to a paid plan, Polar Software Inc. is the Merchant of Record and processes your payment. We never receive or store your card number. Polar shares with us only what is needed to manage your subscription: your email, subscription/plan status, and product purchased. See Polar's own privacy policy for how Polar handles payment data.
3. How we use data
To authenticate you, fetch and display your trading analytics, and manage your subscription entitlement. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your trade data for anything other than operating the Service for you.
4. Data storage & retention
Data is stored in our production database on servers we operate. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
5. Third parties
We use: Interactive Brokers (to fetch your trade data at your request), Google (sign-in), and Polar (payment processing). Each acts under its own privacy terms for the data it handles.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
