Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Trade DNA (the "Service"), an IBKR-native trading journal and performance analytics product operated by HAYLI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Trade DNA imports your brokerage trade data (via Interactive Brokers Flex, manual entry, or supported broker exports) and produces analytics, journaling and review tools. Trade DNA does not provide investment advice, does not execute trades, and is not a broker-dealer or registered investment advisor. All analytics are informational only.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you connect or upload, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 to use the Service.

3. Plans & billing — Polar as Merchant of Record

Polar Software Inc. ("Polar") is the Merchant of Record and seller for all paid subscriptions. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your purchase is transacted by Polar, not by HAYLI directly — Polar handles payment processing, card storage, tax/VAT collection and remittance, and billing support. We only receive your subscription status and email from Polar; we never see or store your card details.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly, as selected) until cancelled. Where offered, a free trial period applies as stated on the pricing page; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, billing begins automatically at the listed price. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals but does not itself refund the current period — see our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate any law, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or to share account access in a way that circumvents subscription limits.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". Trading involves risk of loss; nothing in the Service constitutes financial, tax or legal advice. We are not liable for trading losses or decisions made using the Service's analytics.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
