Refund & Cancellation Policy
Trade DNA's Free plan is free forever, no card required. Paid plans (Pro, monthly or yearly) are sold and billed by Polar Software Inc., the Merchant of Record for Trade DNA — Polar is the seller you are contracting with for the purchase, and processes all payments, taxes and refunds.
Free trial
New Pro subscriptions include a 14-day free trial where stated on the pricing page. You will not be charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged automatically at the plan price and the subscription continues each period until cancelled.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time — from your account settings, or by contacting sohayli@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account reverts to Free (your data is not deleted).
Refunds
Because Polar is the Merchant of Record, refund requests are handled by Polar. If you believe you were charged in error, or you're unsatisfied within the first 14 days of a paid period, contact us at sohayli@gmail.com or reach Polar support directly, and we will work with Polar to process an eligible refund. Refunds for partial periods after the first 14 days are considered case by case.
