Billing questions
- Who charges my card?
- Paddle. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for every FillScope subscription — Paddle takes the payment, stores the card, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues invoices. FillScope never sees or stores your card details. Your statement will show Paddle.
- What happens after the 14-day trial?
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the first payment is taken automatically at the price you picked, and the subscription renews each period until you cancel.
- How do I cancel?
- From the billing portal link in your Paddle receipt email, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the period you already paid for ends.
- Do you offer refunds?
- See the Refund Policy. The 14-day trial exists so you can decide before any money changes hands.
- Which brokers are supported?
- Interactive Brokers via Flex queries is the native path. You can also enter trades manually. See the IBKR journal page.
